It is my understanding that after this latest private placement registration IAIC now has 6.8 million shares outstanding.

BTW, did you see the Dow Jones newswire this afternoon regarding the Compaq-Digital buyout? It noted the FIVE largest computer mergers in history with this deal being #1. Guess which deal was #5?

Answer: Computer Associates International's $1.8 Billion buyout of Legent Corp.

What's the relevance of this?

Mr. Brendan Dawson (current President of IAIC) was the Chief Operating Officer of Legent at the time of Legent's buyout!
