49r, It is my understanding that after this latest private placement registration IAIC now has 6.8 million shares outstanding. BTW, did you see the Dow Jones newswire this afternoon regarding the Compaq-Digital buyout? It noted the FIVE largest computer mergers in history with this deal being #1. Guess which deal was #5? Answer: Computer Associates International's $1.8 Billion buyout of Legent Corp. What's the relevance of this? Mr. Brendan Dawson (current President of IAIC) was the Chief Operating Officer of Legent at the time of Legent's buyout! Ka-ching, ka-ching!!! Regards. Elliot
