Again with the Fly Trap Crap?

Here's a surprise:
The Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority, part of the Department of Health and Human Services, declined NanoViricides’ request for a meeting, said Meeta Vyas, chief financial officer for NanoViricides.

BARDA wised up to the Fly Trap gambit. Sadly, Senator Blumenthal still buys it.

The biggest surprise may be that Meeta can speak.
