I'm not trying to depress anyone.. just trying to make everyone see that this is a MAJOR undertaking and is something that should be investigated by the shareholders... this could easily turn into the best or worst move of CPQ's life..

And yes I know sometimes you have to gamble to win, but I just don't like the choice personally..

I am going to have to say the additional cost will be between 3 and 5 b$.. BUT i'm not an expert, and I'm not talking about that expense all at once.. (i.e. over maybe 2 years).. but there are a lot of concerns to be addressed by EP and company.
