You are a typical foreigner who does not understand how our govt works or functions. We do not have an authoritarian state here. We have a republic. The President is not calling the shots in liberal hot spots like New York where the deaths are occurring in droves. That is Governor Cuomo's and the US Congress's territory and they call most of the shots there. Short of declaring Marshall Law, most of a US President's powers are in the area of foreign relations. Presidents do not have wide sweeping domestic powers. But what the hell did you ever know, eh? That is why you moronic assholes from Canada who bash our country 24/7 on this board should worry about your own problems and leave our problems to US citizens.
