exempt as of the day it was announced. Some US media carried the full announcement, wherein it was noted that Canada and Mexico were exempt. You obviously follow the Canadian opinion propaganda channels. Way too much spin in supposed reporting as of late. Next time, think about what wasn't said or edited out to spin the message or context.
