You may interprete this as a "bail-out", but one may also interprete it as a "toss-out". It's not uncommon to see a management change after a an acquisition. This may be eliminating duplicate positions, differences in management "philosophy" or top managers "seeing the writing on the wall". I don't see anything alarming about this.

Keep on raising the false alarms, skippy. ;)
