FTEL/DCTC Commentary

I have a strong feeling that the news that will be forthcoming,
previously referred to as the mighty oak, may be released next week. If not next week, the week thereafter. My opinion is that
this news will push us permanently to higher ground.

IMO, there are 2 things that drive a stock's price...news first
and then earnings. Well, we are somewhere in between these two items. We have had news and I think we will begin to see some
earnings...if not thru Sept, thru December. The audit will be
finished soon, and we will begin to see some numbers.

Once the CYCLONE finishes beta testing, I believe that this product
will fly out the door. Their are high expecations for this
product, and I don't think we will be disappointed. And this should contribute BIG bottom line numbers....high profit margins here! The HURRICANE is another X-factor in this equation...sales of this product will be icing with the already strong sales of the D Mark Channel Bank and the aniticipation of the CYCLONE....let alone the fees collected from FNET customers.

FNET is kicking a$$ in California...once we get additional money
from financing, I think you will see rapid expansion nationwide.

Additionally, there are other things happening which will provide
FNET with a protective base for some of their services and give them an advantage over potential competition.

Don't get nervous and trade out of your stock! The market makers
will drop the bid on light volume to try to feed on nervousness.
Hold on for awhile until you see the upcoming events unfold.

Just my opinions...
