David, it is obvious that you are new to these types of public forums. Demeanor is everything. In other words, since the odds are that many of us will never be in a postition to use and/or evaluate I/Nova, aspects such as how the CEO reacts to criticism are elevated in importance to compensate. You have to admit there are a lot of scams being pulled in the market these days, and some people even consider the entire Y2K market a hoax. If Veronix truly has fine products -- and people -- then it behooves you to do whatever you can to give that impression, especially to some of the world class skeptics that exist on SI. That being said, there actually are some of us that are qualified to evaluate I/Nova and perhaps we will be giving you a call. - Jeff P.S. By the way, you've been flamed on this thread, not insulted. There's a difference.
