Who was that former DOJ-NSD chief legal counsel? That would be current ICIG Michael Atkinson[.] This is the KEY operative paragraph. Maybe not here, but months ago on various social media, I was pointing out that Atkinson was likely trying to use the WB scenario as a defense against all of the soon to be uncovered illegalities that occurred under his legal stewardship while at NSD.. EVERY FAKE FISA application went through his fingers.. Meaning he LIED to the FISA court to illegally obtain FISA warrants against US Citizens, and especially the Trump Campaign. Every other signatory on those FISA applications RELIED upon his legal opinion that they were in order. So.. as ICIG, he sets up a scenario of a WB, where if he gets in trouble from Horowitz's review of FISA, he can assert that it is "retaliation" against him for the WB issue. Hawk
