Nightwriter: Don't laugh, but if the FCC had not placed
a minimum bid requirement, I would have been very tempted
to place a low ball bid for the Sacramento area license.
From some of his previous posts, I think Hiram had the
same intention. Darn! The FCC just ruined our chance to
win the big auction jackpot. :)
