Check out Lanoptics (LNOPF). It is currently trading at 5 3/8 to 5 5/8 even though it has a book value of about $6.22 a share. There are roughly 6.3 million share outstanding and I believe that 30% of these are closely held.

It also has the technology that is liscensed to CSCO for use in parts of CSCO's Access Pro Line.

As for FIREWALL technology, LNOPF's subsidiary Netquard has the Guardian firewall product line that is Windows NT and OS/2 compatible and, among other features, provides for realtime session monitoring. LNOPF also has tokenRing, ethernet ect.

LNOPF is currently at a yearly low (5 3/8) after trading as high as 19 1/2 before on speculation that CSCO was going to buy them out.
LNOPF's PE is about 14.

If you get a chance check them out at:
