Barry, I'll chalk this one up to management's having a grand strategy
and following through with it. They did sign a stand still agreement,
but that doesn't mean they never stopped considering the deal.
Besides, CPQ is now about 3-4 times higher, the purchase price
is lower, so the total cost is much less than 2 years ago,

I guess I'm putting my faith(read $) in management, otherwise I'd
be selling. But, this will probably depress the stock for a while as
as the case with NETA, nee MCAF.
