Uvula: It's been a couple of months since I've read the stuff at BOC's web site, so I don't remember how they generate ozone, but if they require gas purchase as Melinda suggested I suspect they would be selling cylinders of pure oxygen. Their generator would then use that oxygen to create ozone. Otherwise, you'd have to generate oxygen on-site (as by electrolysis of water), or use plain air.
