The safest place from Covid is the Brazilian hinterland. Like up Goias and Minas Gerais states. West of Santa Catarina, Regiao Serrana of Rio Grande do Sul and the center of Parana State. If you would be out of the capital and the major cities and would be geographically isolated. The only chances for Covid to get there would be the major road that has a bus or truck stopover outside the city. If you take a smaller city, the vast majority of the population usually moves maximum 50Km around the area. Barred holidays (Carnival, End of the Year season when they go father, Even those would have lower possibilities as they would not be carrying really sick people as they would be to weak to be travelling long distances.
