Makes perfect sense...

Same functions in herbs and supplements for same reasons as the drugs:

Hawthorne... L-Arginine/L-Pyroglutamate blends... both are powerful enough you'd want to take one or the other, not both... and regulate doses carefully... but haven't looked at / thought about smaller doses in combinations which might be better for lungs versus heart or peripheral vascular targets.

Benfotiamine... fat soluble form of B-1 should be in that mix as well, but the focus there is mostly on peripheral vascular with diabetes and neuropathy, although one very, very small Alzheimer's study got good results... Powerful reduction of advanced glycation end products has lots of people using it already as a life extension concept to reduce vascular risks. Much less of a concern mixing it with others, I'd think... without the direct heart involvement as the others.

They do all have lung function...

Same basic thing as asthma drugs... relaxing things to make it easier to breathe... is an NO function...

Maybe pair that up with stimulants of ciliary beat frequency...
