The most damaging thing in our system of government is that there are no term limits on congress.

I am all for term limits BUT there is one aspect that needs to be addressed or the situation will worsen:

Who is really in charge? In actuality the people who wield considerable power and THINK they are in charge are those bureaucrats who are appointed to office and the level below (hired). There is no expiration date for these folks. Call it what you want, The Swamp, Deep State etc but these people do things every day that affects our lives and not for the better.
