Pierre Lassonde, founder of FNV and a man I consider to be as astute as anyone on the planet, on gold and the virus’s effects on the economy. I’m not sure I agree with his 1-to-1 Dow/gold ratio because he formulated it before the tech revolution affected the Dow in ways that gold cannot. And he’s entitled to talk his book to some degree, lol. Nonetheless, I think he’s right about gold going much higher. Notably, he does not believe that we’re out of the woods yet.
