HI E_K_S,

Hoping all is well with you.

In XOM's 2020 investor presentation, it was noted that from XOM'd Texas refineries, XOM exports almost as much gas to Mexico as what PEMEX produces.

globalmeet.webcasts.com (its four hours, but good info) XOM's price is about half what it was when this occurred!

KMI also have several large pipelines of natural gas that flow into Mexico.

The countries are already greatly linked.

Pemex was recently given the opportunity to use US subcontractors fro UDW drilling and some fracking as well.
