Friends, I would start to listing results of a Cooper scan using his Hit & Run indicators run through SuperCharts. First I ran this Quotes Plus Scan:

//start
Loop(-3,-3) // go back 3 days
Exchange=NASDAQ
Close(0)>Max(-1,-10,cl) //stocks that made a new 10 day high
Close(0) > 5 // at least a $5 stock
Close(0) < 30 // Less than $30
AvgVol(0,-15) > 500 // The average volume is at least 50,000 shares
//end

Result was about 180 picks. Those were run through just one H&R Scan: 1-2-3-4's
