Not being American, I can't see what all the fuss is about. Is it illegal to have sex in America? Didn't this tradition of having sex in the oval office start with Abraham Lincoln? What does Monica need immunity from? If every man and woman who had extra-marital affairs resigned, wouldn't the unemployment rate be over 20%?
