waiting on BTT to send us some new choices. not the 2 they sent out , not a fan of either. i am still trying to grapple with the idea that mr market will have some sort of v bottom and straight back to where it was a month ago. i am looking at another test or some sort of retreat. however we may not get it? there are some stocks that we use in our online business that BTT does not have ,Zendesk ,ZEN , and they are a widly used customer service tool by small businesses. and i notice many companies using there product for customer service when i buy something from a company and i have a customer service question. zen has a very distinctive email layout...and it works. and most of my customer service employess are not tech wizzards. , any way happy easter tim
