Even now, he's not letting this serious crisis go to waste:

One of them includes a man named Kristopher Blehm, 35, of Santa Barbara County, who has served nearly 12 years for helping murder his crime partner’s romantic rival.

Yeah, if you're in prison for murder, I don't give a damn if you get COVID-19 and you end up passing it to your fellow inmates. It's not like we're lacking in ventilators, either, so we don't have to "ration" away health care for inmates.
