Except the real blame should go to Cuomo, who knew everything about New York City's unpreparedness and did nothing. The Governor of the State and the Mayor of the City are ground zero of the incompetence. Why are other states, like Texas, not having the same kinds of problems? The simple fact is that Cuomo's and De Blasio's incompetence are shining bright. No amount of redirection will confuse the adults in the room. We understand very well the playbook of the Democrats, which is the playbook of victimhood and misdirection.
