Dream on...

Y2K is a serious but not critical problem. Your mistake is in believing that this translates into big bucks for DDIM, ZITL, VIAS, ACLY, and others. It doesn't. I heard the same crock when DDIM was at 40. Is that when you bought in? Really, you sound almost sane compared to some of the longs who were posting then. Go back on the thread and look for posts by Sondo or BlueHorseShoe. Maybe you can pick up some pointers on how to spice up your posts with insults for the shorts and projections of stupendous future profits.

If you think that Y2K work will continue beyond 1/1/2000 then you have missed the whole point of Y2K.

Unisys is old news. I doubt that DDIM has made a cent of profit out of the much trumpeted deals with Unisys.

I don't know why I bother to repeat myself, but here goes: DDIM is a consulting company. Their only software product, ARDES, has never generated much revenue, and doesn't seem likely to take off from here. It will probably never even show a profit over what it cost to develop it. The Big Story on Y2K was the hope that some small company would come up with the Y2K silver bullet and make a killing. That hasn't happened.

DDIM will still be around after year 2000. They just won't have any revenues.
