The other day the ask was .097 and I decided to average down a little. So I put in an order to buy at .098 and was not filled for about 15 minutes with no change in the ask. I then raised my buy order to .10 while the ask was still at .097. The ask stayed at .097 for about another hour and I was never filled at .10. What gives?
