It’s a safe drug. The FDA lists it in the top category for safety. And there are no cases of death on record at the WHO, other than overdose.

It has proven efficacy for lupus, AR and malaria. Some doctors prescribe it for other ailments as well. And it shows promise for covid19, especially early in the infection cycle.
