Half of the deaths are in New York. Governor Cuomo has been serving as Governor for NY since 2011. He's had 9 years to fix the hospitals and to prepare for a pandemic, but he didn't. People are dying as a result. In fact, half of US deaths are because Cuomo did nothing.

Even were that true, Trump had over three years to fix the situation. He didn't. And people are dying as a result. - Brumar
