Hello! Brad,

I found your synopsis of "food for thought" to be very intriguing! Looked like a methodical process arriving at the valuation /opinion of .17 cents per share!

When Jack first started trying to resurrect the "shell" I had always hoped that if Jack could attain a share valuation of .15 cents per share, that I would have considered it an "outstanding accomplishment!".

It looks like our dreams and hopes are pretty well in line with each other!

I also agree with you that time and patience will also be critical components in achieving a satisfactory return on the CVIA Investment

It will be interesting to see if Jack has seen your "food for thought?"--I will make a note to ask him on Wednesday! --In addition to the other questions that I have listed to ask Jack!

I was wondering if the large number of shares traded near the close today, could be an indication that a news release is just around the corner? ( Just my own opinion!)

Brad! You sure do have a unique and creative way in presenting your logical and well developed thought's! Your contributions are appreciated!

My guess is that the next week should show us a start point to hopefully a bright future for CVIA/WOTD.

Time will tell!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
