My guess is we'll again test lows as earnings come for the 1st Quarter, 2020 and each quarter thereafter until the end of the year. I still have cash in my various portfolio strategies but it's getting light. With that in mind, many of the ETF components and all but one of my Sandbox stocks have risen above the "next buy" targets for now.

My cash reserves range from a low of 7% in my income portfolio to a high of 23% in my "ultimate Buy and AIM" retirement account. Overall it averages out to about 15% to 16% right now. Yesterday's sell-off only returned a couple of holdings to their buy targets. Now it's just a matter of letting the 30 day timer run down to see if the Buys are still available.
