Dictatorship? Exactly what has he done that is a Dictatorship. You are engaged in TDS again. You really need to get back on the Prozac. The COVID mass hysteria and TDS hitting you simultaneously has scrambled your brains. It was you and the liberals who wanted Trump to override the Governors and implement a nationwide shutdown. He resisted that, specifically saying that would trample on state's rights under our Constitution. Now you want to assert state's rights when it comes to the re-opening of the economy. You are all over the place Brumar. Make up your mind. Do you like state's rights or not? Do you believe in our Constitution or not? You can't have it both ways.
