President Clinton created the emergency supplies we need but when one party wants spending cuts year after year because it convinced idiots that taxes were bad we didn't have enough supplies.

There are countries that have a few deaths. What did they do different? They planned after the previous two viruses. They spent a lot of money getting ready. The virus barely touched them because they don't have people who cut taxes. They have real leaders and therein lies your biggest problem. Blaming both sides when it's impossible to raise taxes is caused by the republican party.
