Forget all that. Those points are peanuts. The real dough is in the Fed's $4.5 Trillion of quantitative easing. They are using that newly printed money to buy all bonds in sight: RMBS, CMBS, munis, Junk bond ETFs, any bad debt out there. It's a giant gift to the banks who front run and it's a giant gift to asset holders like me, because I don't have to worry about the borrowers not paying back their debts, because the Fed has mopped it all up. They are buying bad debt to socialize the losses to the taxpayers and the 1% benefits.

That is the real crime here. And as Gundlach and many others in the know have pointed out, the Fed is actually crossing the line on its own charter now and may very well be in violation of the law. If not, the most assuredly, what is happening is massively unethical in that it enriches the rich and gives crumbs to the poor. I hate the Fed for the corruption they have implemented in this country. They are literally a Central Economic Planner similar to the USSR Politburo. They are Marx and Lenin's wet dream. Our Fed is a cancer on capitalism. End the Fed. Ron Paul was right.
