Your president and the board of directors are proud to announce the appointment of Kevin McAndrews, M.S., B.A., as Manager of Exploration for Latin America.
Mr. McAndrews has a career of 25 years of successful exploration in the United States and Mexico.
He has been involved in the discoveries of or the development of Rawhide-Nevada, Questa-New Mexico, Cortez J.V.-Nevada, Green Mountain-Wyoming, Salton Sea-California, Mulatos-Mexico, Penasquito-Mexico and the budding Faja de Plata play in Zacatecas-Mexico.
He was twenty years with Kennecott Exploration and their original, famous Bear Creek Mining Company.
Recently, he was the Regional Manager for Kennecott Exploration for seven years based in Guadalajara-Mexico.
Concurrent with his appointment, Mr. McAndrews has been granted a stock option to purchase 200,000 of the company's shares, subject to regulatory approval.
As you know, I believe a potential world class base metal and precious metal VMS deposit has been found in Zacatecas State by Teck Corporation (the operator) and Western Copper Holdings Limited.
It will be Mr. McAndrews job currently to build a solid group of explorationists, to manage new joint ventures, to refine targets for drilling and to look for new opportunities for your company in Zacatecas State and Mexico.
