Hey Tide, I heard that this Clinton thing has been blown all out of proportion... Turns out it was just a routine de-briefing... [ducking] BTW, over on the DPMI thread this am I posted an article that appeared yesterday on DPMI which includes future growth rate for the DUV tool industry: "VLSI Research analysts estimate that the market for DUV tools will experience a compound annual growth rate of 43.9 percent between 1997 and 2002."
