Didn't the Pres. cut out the middle man, the States? He gave assistance directly to the unemployed, provided medical supplies, tests and even Navy hospitals to the States. What more on Earth do States need? Dems might get a taste of what their big gov't, nanny state utopia does to subjugate States to Federal power. And Dem Governors won't like it.
