Steve, your analysis of the trading is based on the assumption that at THIS point in time somebody is willing to pay 13 or 14. I don't think that is true YET. The way the stock is trading would indicate that the "initial expression of interest" was around 10. However, it is quite possible that if the investment banking firm does it job properly that other parties will become interested, thus resulting in a higher offer down the road. y
