Jeff,

You claim you are trying to be constructive, but your main assertions are that the TA is questionable and that little if any fundamentals are discussed here. Anyone reading this thread for the past 6 months can tell that these assertions are false.

Do you really believe that movement of stocks mentioned here are caused by hype followed by buying from readers ? How many readers and how much money do you think we have ? Anyone who followed Doug's perfect prediction regarding RADAF in the fall which included both entry and exit prices followed by his prediction that it would "pop" briefly 2 points last week knows that it's more than luck. BTW that's just one of many, many examples.

I agree that enthusiasm on this thread sometimes gets ahead of itself, and some timing mistakes were made (attributable more to the process than to the analysis). I have made comments on this topic myself. I felt that trying to pick a winner each week was too much. I believe this activity has stopped. But to question whether this thread is legitimate or rigged discredits any "constructive" comments you try to make.

Other than your constructive comments do you have anything worthwhile to contribute such as stock picks backed up by TA and FA ? Doug, Jim, Sergio and others spend a lot of time looking at stocks and giving their thoughts to us for free. We have the choice to act or pass on this information. But let me tell you, from my 20 years of investing, their advice is way better than any so-called "financial expert" I have ever met. They are right way more often than they are wrong.

So help us out. Give us some great stocks. Test your skills against some great people here !! and have fun doing it !!!!

Regards,
Chris
