yep, you are right. Even though Trump acted quickly in comparison to other leaders, the truth is that the animals had already escaped the barn. So closing the barn doors at that time wasn't going to make any difference. China has been a very bad actor right from the start. They knew it was a disaster of their own making and they keep flying out the Chinese all over the world to infect the rest of the world. They must be held accountable.
