Unfortunately, the CDC was full of bureaucrats that Biden and Obama put in place. They had 8 years to stock all the offices. that's really a weakness of our system. Each new leader has to basically fire everyone and rehire new people, if they want to get people who will implement their agenda. We're supposed to have non-partisan people running most of these agencies, but we clearly do not. So it makes it impossible to govern. Anyway, the CDC has had more than a few stumbles. Biden's and Obama's legacy there became Trump's problem. Unfortunate, but true.
