Wow!!! I read the case and this is about as close to a slam dunk as you can get. And the winner is, the young lady... If I were on this jury, well then... But I'm not on that jury and, not living anywhere even close to Wisconsin, I'll never be on that jury... I hope this sheriff is saving his pennies in case the young lady wins a financial award. For what it's worth, if it were me, I'd have also included the high school in the lawsuit. In my opinion, they've been distributing misinformation as fact, and they should be held financially accountable for their actions. EK!!!
