As you know, Arizona held off on observing MLK day as a holiday, but eventually relented under pressure.

Southern states would not dare to revoke MLK day, for if they did there would be massive riots.

We are not living in the Middle ages anymore so I severely doubt any State would classify gay rights as a felony.

I am partial to State rights. What the States have done in terms of resisting Trump's preference to open up for business is good and above all, healthy. It is also good that people are demonstrating on behalf of opening up their State's economy. That is how a democracy is suppose to work, with all sides being heard.

As for the abortion issue, I am sick of it being made a political issue, which it isn't. As a Jew, I see nothing in the Old Testament or Talmud which states that G-d is for or against abortion. Evangelicals will, of course, disagree. But that's there interpretation.
