No, I'm not in California. However, I think we may have longer to wait to see the real verdict, because I think this thing is going to look more like a 'W', where we have this current wave, then everyone re-opens and we have another wave, before a vaccine or a therapeutic drug is created to end this virus. So the hypothesis in my mind is this. Lockdown countries are flattening the curve better in general than non-lockdown countries, but this comes at the cost of a lack of herd immunity and a much lower infection rate. So when the second wave comes, the lockdown countries will have a wave as bad as or worse than the first wave, because the virus is already here and there will be no lead time to next time around. The non-lockdown countries will already have exposure and herd immunity and much higher infection rates. So their death rates will be much lower. So we need to see what happens in the longer term. We'll need to get through another year, before we have good hindsight to make a judgement on which path was better. So summer of 2021 will be a good time to assess what is a good path for the next pandemic.
