Dear Mark: Good post and good points. Only thing I want to correct you on is the annual meeting. Please dont put any emphasis on the fact that they are having one. It is required. As to when it is held, there are certain "timing" requirements beginning after release of the annual report. I DO EXPECT good news but would have had the annual meeting either way. JDN
