whoa. that one was from the wayback. we didn't even get to mail in keys phase for 2008. Nothing like in full late 70's full 80's 14% Volker swing. I think we're still a while before that shoe is going to drop. Judging from Team China Team USA tit for tat, we aren't there yet. Plenty of smoke, no fire.
