Traders loaded up with cheap oil. Used all storage as they want to make a killing once the world economy reopens.

But the prices will not skyrocket after the world economy reopens because the traders will all try to offload the inventory. Therefore, in the next few months the world will be consuming the oil stored now. Not oil extracted.

It will take time to rebalance supply and demand.
