Fauci is no hero and I'd bet he wouldn't want anyone thinking of him that way. He's just the guy in charge who has specialized knowledge. We can and should question his advice, when he tells us that if it were up to him, he'd keep the country locked down until there were zero new cases, which may mean until the end of this year.
Yeah, Dr. Fauci was put into a no-win situation. He's caught in the crossfire between Trump and the media, with both sides blatantly taking his words out-of-context.
