The economy was faltering in 2016 because of budget cuts (the sequestration) or did you forget republicans try to cripple the economy when Dems have power? You know, the get all "fiscal conservative" only when they're out of power. You'll also notice no one said "cut spending" when Trump was elected. And we don't hear "balance the budget" either. These words are used only when the dicks in the gop lose power. That's how the game is played, but the second Biden becomes president you and other idiots like you will demand spending cuts to undo the debt your side created. The FBI only told us about Clinton.
