Home prices not supported by income in CA. It is limited supply due to underbuilding NIMBY and environment commies plus prop 13. Notice how much higher white incomes are but whites are much older share of total continues to shrink dramatically.

Go to a place like Santa Barbara most everybody under 45 not going to two local colleges is Mexican and central American work in low pay service industry of the remote town and now shacking up 3-5 cars in little shacks to pay the high rent. The older white families from a different era own the housing stock bought dirt cheap pass it down to next generation.

Coming out of this reset less power to China, SF, LA and NYC. Manufacturing coming back home midwest and the south will thrive.. Population exploding from TX to FL to NC
