Ok. What we have here is a mysterious situation. We need to do some digging.

First, I work for a company in the semi/EDA design area. I have asked an associate to check them out by calling on them as if we were trying to sell them some software design tools.

Second, we need to determine if Kos is for real, besides his reputation. IR told me that his share were restricted for 2 years. If that changes to next month - I have a problem and I can easily see this as being a scam, like Mark Taylor suggests is a possibility. If this is not the case, I want to see it in writing.

Third: we need to get a grip on their business. They can definitely do what they are suggesting with the manpower currently in house an even on the available 2 M, but they don't have long. MPEG cores can be purchased from design houses and the remaining vlaue added design can be wrapped around the core. The design can be "taped out" or computer generated by sophisticated EDA design tools in short order. Any number of Tiwainese fabs can manufacture the chip, IF they want to. Usually such fabs want 10 -100 M up front to gaurantee capacity, however, if they believe in the chip's promis, they may do a revenue sharing deal and manufacture a small lot on speculation of the market. Once demand is established, then they can do a real production run. Such small runs are very expensive, so such an approach by a fab is risky, but royalties paid on what turns out to be a high volume project could make it equally lucrative.

Fourth: we need to get to the bottom of the supposed NUKO connection. Just because NUKO uses CUBE chips today, does not nessessarily mean they will use new CUBE chips tomorrow. If Kos and the BEO of NUKO are negotiating on a deal to use Innovacvom's chip in the future, NUKO may not wish to make this public. So it may be hard to actually determine the truth here but we should try.

Five: It would be most helpful to find out who the MM is and talk to them about it. Seeing a stock move up as it has in an orderly way, without any meaningfull pulback day by day is unusual. Such tech stocks are usually subject to a good deal more volitility than this.

My position: I bought 200 shares on speculation. MPEG is a flyer right now. It may be a 10 to 100 bagger, but such sucess is rarely found easily.

Rather than just throw a lot of so and so said this or that, we need to verify the facts, no matter who is asserting the facts. Do not expect Mr. Kos to be even handed. He is an unabashed promoter of MPEG stock, for the most obvious of reasons. Take what he says with a grain of salt until independent verification is performed.

SO, let's divy up the work. I have proposed the methodology. I will take task 1 and three. Who will do the other tasks?
