I don't know about you, but I sure don't want to see what happens to California if we lift the lockdown, only to see a resurgence that causes the percentage to jump from 1% to 5% in a few weeks.

Unfortunately we have to open up and yes there will be more cases. We need to allow people to make their own choices. The vulnerable can still stay home and those that socialize will need to be masked up and distanced. We might as well get started now with near empty hospitals in California. Georgia opening this week will be a good indicator. We will still need to wait a few weeks to see how it works...

It would be great if some university ran a random antibody study in New York now so we can see how the data compares to the CA studies. This virus does present lots of SCIENCE opportunities and it will be interesting to look back on this in a few years. Assuming we're not still locked down.
